The Pantheon Pranayama is a meticulously fitted distance and commuting longboard. The board was designed to fit perfectly with 85mm-90mm wheels and street trucks. If you’re focused on the ease of the journey, whether a beginner or advanced rider, the Pranayama will easily get you wherever you’re going with as little effort as possible over just about any distance. No other longboard features this low of a ride height with as big of wheels. Period.
Riders all over the world are consistently telling us that the Pranayama is the most used board in their quiver. Featuring an extremely low ride height, lightweight design, comfortable flex, slim profile, and perfectly fitted components, this longboard stands above all others in ease of use and fit. This board is made for your body, and it’s made for this setup. Large 85mm wheels will roll over just about anything in your path, and slim 149mm trucks create an overall thin profile that allows riders to keep their center of gravity closer to their push foot, resulting in greater balance and power. The lowest of low standing platforms allows for easier foot pushing and effortless foot braking. Beginners and experts alike will benefit from this greater efficiency, and riders will find themselves traveling further on a longboard than they originally thought possible.
Because the Pranayama is designed specifically around street-style trucks, this board will come alive on the streets in a way that you’ve never felt on a distance longboard. It may take a little getting used to, being so lively, but once you do, it’s a whole lot of fun, and you’ll find yourself outside riding further and longer than ever. While this board makes for an excellent distance commuter/cruiser at low speeds, it was ridden fully stock to a win at the 2019 Beijing Skateboard Marathon–its debut skateboard distance race!
Please note: do not set this board up RKP-style longboard trucks. The Pranayama is built for street trucks only, and putting the wrong setup on this board will cause wheel bite. If you’re going to put this together yourself, be sure you pay attention to our available options here and set it up very similarly, and you’re assured to have a uniquely awesome riding experience.

The Pantheon Pranayama is the perfect commuter, full stop. It’s portable, precision-built, and thoughtfully designed. There is zero wasted space on this deck, everything is functional. There are so many features to list.
-The crescent drops give the feeling of more standing space than the dimensions suggest.
-Being designed around TKPs gives it the lowest ride on the market.
-The size and design for precision use with Paris trucks and Speed Vents lead to perfect rail matching and protection from wheelbite/kicking wheels.
-Fast!
-Shortened kicks so there’s no real chance of breaking.
If you’re a distance skater, commuter, or just cruising around town, get this board!

I started riding a few months ago at 33YO on your usual 43″ bamboo drop-thru, and found myself really enjoying the long distance rides. Got the Prana after doing an obsessive amount of research and talking to people. Even though I’m a little out of shape and old for a new rider, I can still push 20 miles on this thing, and even started taking my dog on rides.
This thing feels like every detail was designed for a reason as far as curves, flex, height, etc. After about ten minutes, I adjusted to the feeling of being on TKPs, and their lively nature. I was worried about them, but it’s been a complete non-issue even when carving or cruising small hills. I opted for using Street barrel/Short street barrel bushings for the added stability, and that’s been perfect for me at ~200lbs. Still carvy enough to carve on hills and out of the way or debris, but gives a nice stability for long distances and riding while managing a 30-foot leash.
I’ve let a few people try it and they’ve all had the same happy reaction: “It’s so low!!”. That being said I’ve had no trouble riding it over cracks, branches, root bulges in pavement, etc. It’s been through a New England autumn and had no problem crushing downed branches and pebbles blown across the path and tanking over piles of wet leaves.
Setup: Pranayama, Paris TKPs, Mango Speed Vents, Riptide pivots, Krank Street barrel/Short street barrel, Zealous bearings, and I swapped the grip for some extra coarse but the stock was perfectly fine.
Highly recommend!

Riding the Pranayama is like a dream. It’s effortless to push and rides with a little bit of pop yet also just the right amount of stability.
I have three boards in my quiver, and this is my go to. Whenever I have an opportunity to go for a ride, the Pranayama just calls to me. There’s nothing else like this board, it’s a must have.

Coming from the early revisions of the Ember, I knew this was going to be another hit out of the ball park! Boy was I not disappointed. The way the board just works with the standard kingpin trucks and the big wheels DO NOT bite blew me away at first push. Sadly not getting as much time on deck as I have in the past, but this trusty complete is always there for me. If I am looking for a solid platform to push with giant wheels (sticks and squirrels are no match) this is my go to selection from my quiver!!
Pantheon makes good wood. The artwork is the best in the game too in my humble opinion. These folks deserve all the love and it’s a no wonder they are always sold out. Shops can’t keep these things in stock!

Not to sound like a broken record of other reviews, but just go ahead and buy this– you won’t regret it! It has very quickly become my go-to deck when I’m looking to feel completely free on four wheels!
It’s soooooo low for effortless pushing, has a beautiful flex for buttery-smooth carving while still remaining stable at higher speeds, can handle big ol’ wheels like Speedvents & Caguamas with absolutely no bite, the drops are perfect for wedging your feet in, it’s fairly compact and light for easy transportation, and the artwork is dope to top it all off.
I’d give this thing 10 out of 5 stars if I could; my personal favorite out of all the boards I’ve ridden by a country mile.
Set-up: (6′, 0″, 150 lbs rider)
Deck: Pranayama (clearly)
Trucks: Paris 149mm TKPs w/ stock 93a bushings (May swap the bushings for something with a bit more squish)
Bearings: Zealous Ceramics
Wheels: Blue Caguamas, 85mm (with intent to grab me some of those 86mm McFlys once the weather warms up!)

This is a phenomenal board, i have this board set up with a spliced gullwing sidewinder 2 with 85mm purple caguama’s and i can comfortably ride from one end of my city to the other without any major pain, and the board has the perfect rigidity for me personally, it has become my daily commuter and its amazing, for sure will keep buying from pantheon.

I received my Pranayama deck 8 days after ordering (in New Zealand!!). That in itself is a minor miracle since nothing arrive here that fast except for diplomatic bags and cruise missiles.
I built this up with Thunder Hollow Lights 148mm, which sit around 8mm lower than Paris TKPs, 77a Caguamas, thin Liaded shock pads between the baseplate and deck, and wrapped the bottom with clear car vinyl.
I’ve never ridden TKPs before today. I was a bit nervous when heading out, but honestly it felt so natural with an even flow while also feeling very precise. This deck design just works – ever planned out and no half measures. If I hadn’t had to come home to cook I think I’d still be out there in the dark. There’s ample foot space, and I had no qualms about alternate pushing, which I’m very new to. It was like a dream that I didn’t want to wake up from, and when I did wake I had a semi (you can edit those last 9 words if you choose).
Thanks Jeff and the team, I’m so buzzed with this board and the way it just works. I’ll be out before work tomorrow morning and maybe commute on it to get there.

My favorite longboard!
Bought it six months ago. It’s a dream. The best thing about this board its SUPER stabile. It’s still fast, and low enough to the ground that can push easily without worryjng about obstacles (except speedbumps).
It’s super fun and a blast to go downhill or around campus on.
I love my landyachtz dinghy but I can never go back to it.

Shortly after buying the Loaded x Pantheon Trip and falling in love with it, I wanted to find out first-hand if the Pranayama was much different or not. I happened to be online at the right time when a B Stock popped up and I ordered it right away. I am very happy with the Pranayama, and the slight warping flattens out with my weight on the board.
The platform feels very familiar after riding the Trip, but the TKP trucks really set it apart in terms of feel and ride height. The TKP trucks really get you as low as I have ever been able to ride a board without any scraping whatsoever. It has a very lively feel and is so much fun to carve around on. Taking corners with this board is so fun (especially one footed push turns)!
I typically set mine up with the McFly wheels so that everything is rail matched and occasionally throw on some Speedvents (but I like the comfortable McFlys MUCH better). I use Independent 149mm trucks and have no complaints about this board. I like to use this one on distance, but it is my number one go-to board when I want to skate around the neighborhood or make a quick run up to the shopping center near my house. Great for commuting! The low ride height definitely makes it easy on the knees and makes pushing a breeze! I absolutely love the yogi graphic on mine! Definitely an art style I admire quite a bit!
All in all, I have logged around 400 miles on this board and it will go many more miles with me. I was a little hesitant at first getting a board that looked so similar to the design of the Trip at first, but I am so glad that I went ahead and go it because I use both quite a bit. If you are on the fence on which one to choose and you have the financial means then I say you should probably buy both.

Just got my pranayama and set it up with Paris tkps and Blue caguamas, and man what a joy it is to push this puppy!
I’m loving the low ride height.
The one thing I wish It had is a little lip on the nose and tail so could easily kick it up and dismount when coming to a stop, rather than having to bend down and grab it, but I can be a diva sometimes 😂. This is not a big deal at all
Jeff Vyain –
spend a little time putting pressure on the back truck. You can totally kick this thing up! Just need to trust and try, it’ll happen.

Perfect commuter. Lots of flex, the pushing is effortless. The flex when you push brings your board foot so close to the ground, the narrow design leads to effortless pushing. Will minimize fatigue, if you’re traveling by board this is the one. They are at the top of the commuter LDP game with this board. Very well planned design.

It’s just the best. After putting it off for way to long I finally built this board. Paris 149s, karma wheels and I had some Bronson g3s lying around. I came across a bustin maestro mini for dirt cheap and found myself up to 12 miles after a month. I’m 6′ 3″ 220 lbs, size 13 shoe and I feel I have plenty of room on this deck. I do not have a wide stance. I mainly skate along the river trail in orange county, ca. Mainly flat with a few up and downs. Pushing with both legs Is a breeze and balancing on either leg is amazing. I can run these trucks looser then my other boards and enjoy the lively feel. Being on the bigger side the board gives me the slightest flex which makes it feel like you are springing forward with momentum. I find myself skating everyday now even after long work days. Hope this review can be helpful to others. Thanks Pantheon for making such a quality products.

I’ve been riding Pantheon boards since before day 1. I have an infatuation with double drops. Prototyped the Nexus and OH Wanderlust back in te day. Been riding an Ember since 2017, up until September 2023. I completed the Virginia Capital Trail on this board and it didn’t give me any issues on my first ride on it. Now with the Stylistrucks the geometry just feels like home!🙏🏻

The Cosmic Turtle paired with Hoku wheels looks incredible and rides even better! I already own the Supersonic, which I absolutely love, and the Pranayama is the perfect complement. It’s smaller, lighter, and ideal for short commutes. With the large Hoku wheels, you hardly need to push, which is great since this board isn’t really designed for pumping like the Supersonic. But when you do need to push, it’s almost effortless because the board sits so close to the ground. I can’t recommend it enough!
