What bushings will work in these trucks?
Any 1-inch diameter bushing will fit well in the cast Valkyrie trucks. Venom Plugs, Riptide Cannons, and Orangatang Nipples, and various Riot Bushings.
What is this truck good for?
The cast Valkyrie is designed for a variety of riding styles. The well fitted bushing seat and plug bushing help create a defined center which benefits commuter style riding, while the supportive feel through the lean benefits riders who crave speed and sliding. The Valkyrie responds very well to bushing adjustments, making it easy to dial in your ride with bushing adjustments.
Is the Valkyrie Cast truck strong?
Yes, our cast truck is built with “liquid forging” technique involving high pressure and cast aluminum, which aligns the molecular structure of the cast material to get close to the strength benefits of cold forged material. This process also helps make the truck construction very consistent, which reduces variances which can lead to failure.
Will there be more sizes and angles?
Yes. This is our first offering. We are working on more sizes and angles to work for a wider variety of setups and riding styles. These are an excellent start for freeride, mild downhill, and commuting setups. Try them out and expand on more setups later!
