Returns
We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original condition

The product must be returned in its original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund for the product price will be issued to the original payment method.
International Orders
For international orders:

Original international shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

We do not cover international return shipping costs except in cases of damage or functional defect
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged in transit or has a functional defect (such as warping, delamination, or structural issues), please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue.
We inspect every board prior to shipment and insure all shipments. In cases where damage or a functional defect is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution, and we will cover return or replacement shipping as needed.
Cosmetic Variance
Our products are designed to be ridden and used, not displayed. Minor cosmetic variances can occur during manufacturing and finishing, including but not limited to:

Small graphic inconsistencies

Minor surface marks or veneer variations

Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance, durability, or safety
These cosmetic variances do not impact how the board rides and are not considered defects. They are a normal part of a hand-built skateboard manufacturing process.
Returns for cosmetic reasons are accepted only under our standard unused-product return policy, with return shipping paid by the customer.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
